The used stuff explores four different aspect, one is how can we define the used stuff, the second one is what is the advantage or disadvantages for used stuff, the third one is how can we selling these used stuff, and the last one is about recycling. After research, used stuff can be determined into different catetgories and it also have a very long life cycle inside whether it is for people, or for environment. Also, during the COVID-19, the price of most materials increased a lot, the used stuff helps people a lot, it can be reused, recycled and reused.

The construction stuff explores four different categories, one is definition, the second is about the outside or inside stroage, the third is about life cycle, and the last is about the storage requirement. After research, during the COVID-19, the prices of construction materials increased a lot, especially lumber, wood, steel, bricks and blocks and etc. The experts found that the construction materials will still in shortage after 2021.

After research these two different information, how about we can combine both used stuff and construction stuff because used stuff can solve some parts of the problems of construction stuff. In this design, the concept is trying to connect these two different stuff. In this design, the used stuff such as used pocket and paper box can be packed by people themselves to fill in the construction stuff. For the cheaper construction material, people can drive the truck to package, for these expensive material, people only can fill one used pockets or used paper box for these materials.

This design expresses the used stuff and construction stuff assembled by shelves in a gridded organization. There are different horizontal and vertical grids coversing the major exterior and interior spaces of the building. These grids determine the function of the placement. The construction material such as sand, lumber, bricks stack together because they has very large amount. These are easier for people to drive the truck inside to take them. Also, the used stuff are placed in the shelves where is also decorated for the wall. The shelves displayed different used stuff, such as used pockets, book, paper box.

There are the shelves created one inside space for displacing the used home furniture, such as sofa due to the price of the home furniture during the COVID-19 are much higher. In addition, the larger space djacent allows vehicles to drive in and out to load materials, such as sand, wood. In addition, there are some tools, such as used paper box, pocket, the cart for people to use to package these construction material by themselves. There is the steel stairs to create more than one floors inside of the space. On the second floor, it displays some expensive construction materials that influenced by COVID-19. On the back side of the wall, it create large open window to welcome the lighting in.

In the front buidling, it has one large glass roof frame which guided the car and people to go inside of the building. After entering the building, it has one wood clolumn and wood shelves that divided into one small space which used for placing used furniture, people can also talk with each other in that place. After that, people can pick one used pocket or used paper box to choose what the construction materials they want to. In addition, people can drive the truck inside of the building which make more convenivent for people to package these large amount materials. The tools lying on the side of the wall are also helping tool for people to use. A steel platform divided the space into two floors. On the second floor, it most used for displaying some expensive material due to the COVID-19. Over there, people only can fill one used pockets or used paper box for these materials. On the back wall, it has several used cars and construction helping tools to allow people to use.

The spatial experience is surrounded by a grid. The grid organized the plan very clearly. The main entrance space is divided into two different space, one is used for people to relax and displayed some used stuff, the other space is used for drive the truck go inside and outside to make more convenivent for people to package their construction materials. The steel flatform and the steel fence create the other layers of the space vertically. It also divided into two different space by different functions. On the second floor, it usually has some expensive and small construction material, on it below, it has very large amount construction materials such as sand, concrete that need to use truck to take in and out. Also, the large window creates the beautiful view from outside and let more lighting go through the space.
