The Garment District, also known as the Garment Center, is a neighborhood located in the borough of Manhattan in New York City. Adjacent to Times Square, the block is one of the most prosperous areas in New York. It consists of many skyscrapers of different heights and most of them are mainly used for commerce and leasing.




The colored building in this picture is one of the skyscrapers in Garment District called 1372 Broadway. The lower floors of the building are mainly composed of restaurants, clothing stores and office rental agencies, and the upper floors are all office areas; The whole building is divided into left and right parts, and the volume of each part decreases with the increase of storey height, giving people a feeling of tower building.





More details of the building are able to be found according to this picture. This plan oblique shows the layout of the block where 1372 Broadway located and also its adjacent blocks. (W 36th St. - W 39th St.) The traffic circulation is represented by a thick yellow dotted line, and different gray depths at the bottom are used to distinguish different blocks. As for the main building, different textures on the left and right sides are used to distinguish different buildings. As the floors increase, the gray gradually becomes lighter to highlight the shape of the building. Annotation and information of the building are at the corner of the picture.

The billboard pattern of the right building changes all the time, and the brightness of street light also becomes brighter as night falls. The lights inside the building can also be captured in the renderings at night.
