WENQING ZHONG

My room is on the second floor. The main size of the room is 15’, with a small space behind the door about 4 feet by 4 feet.Enter the room from the corner to see a full-length mirror and coat hanger. In the centre of the room is a 7’x8’  bed.

There are a kettle, a watter glass and a box of tissues on my bed ark. My bed has a upholstered headboard(7’x2’), a mattress, a sheet and thin quilt. On the dresser in the back were my daily necessities. On the other side of the room were my cabinets, desk, and wardrobe full of books. Finally, don't forget there's a lovely picture hanging around the corner.

The Actor-Network map depicts the brands of Tatami produced, how they are bought and how they are shipped. The map is divided into three main sections. The red section shows information about Tatami's production brand Muji, including its product range, hotel style and Japanese-style decor, expressing minimalism and environmental protection. The yellow part is express transportation. In 2020, there will be more than 80 billion express packages in China. Waste caused by excessive packaging is serious. The map highlights the currently available methods for recycling boxes. The blue part is the way to buy it, and the way to pay for it, there are all kinds of little programs on Zhifubao, and when you apply these little programs, you can eventually plant real trees in the desert areas of China, which will help improve the environment.

This organizational diagram of my room is based on the mapping range of my activities, symmetry axis and desk lamp. The block mainly contains the scope of the room, the scope of my movement when I sleep, and the mapping scope of the table lamp in the floor plan. In the middle of the room is a rough axis of symmetry. The other line is my action path from getting up, washing, changing clothes, and putting on makeup.

The graphic composition is made up of five lines. The thread of the lamp light is made into a swirling block with a little radiating outward. The outermost room-wide line, intersected at the corners by stretched dashed lines. The axis of symmetry is given a wavy shape. I made the interaction area of sleep a dense dotted line, looking like a lumpy object. My range of motion polyline is made into a solid line, two segments are double arrows and T shaped.

Vectors from the graphic composition are extruded to four heights - .0.5’, 1’, 2’, and 4’’ - to create a series of blocks. The outermost strips are made into strips and superimposed to form a grid. The upper middle part is the block extruded and rotated by the light area. On the left is also connected the extrude block of the sleeping area and the folding loop of the activity range besieged city. The closest to the viewing angle is the wave shape formed by the polyline, but here it is rotated 45 degrees and moved.

There are three entities on the outermost periphery, all composed of fences and rectangular cubes, and they are surrounded by diagonal fences 1'off the ground. At the top, you can see the top of the leaf shaped by the wavy curve.

This perspective shows the cutting of stacked blocks very well. The first is the internal structure of a block made of grids and rotated 45 degrees. Secondly, there is also the order and insertion relationship of the three blocks formed by the folding line, the sleeping area and the lamp irradiation area. Especially for the last block, there is a cylinder in the gap in the middle, which is very obvious in this cutting perspective.
