This isometic view best shows how the square column flows through the interior cylinder to break up the distinction between the interior and exterior spaces. The two ellipsoids, one of which opens to the ground level, and the other which opens the interior on three of the planes, including the top layer.
The elevation best shows the movement of the square column and how it cuts the object at an angle. This view also illustrates the angle at which the upper shape interacted with the object to perform its cut.
The section view illustrates how the ellipsoid that cuts at ground level opens up wider as it moves into the interior, and how this shape is also reflected in a cut at the top right of the object. This allows repetition, not only with the square column on two sides of the object, but also the ellipsoids on opposite coners.
