NICOLAUS CARLSON

The isometric view illustrates a tall cylinder-like room with four windows, a skylight, and two doors. The outside is a truncated pyramid while the inside is an elliptic cylinder. A sphere interects at the top of the elliptic cylinder and five sides of the truncated pyramid to create the five circular openings at the top and additional space inside the truncated pyramid. The doors form a single path cutting through the inside and outside at an angle emphaisizing the quadrilateral nature of their opening with varying heights.

The elevation view shows the room, two doorways, and four windows. The dashed lines illustrate the room's interior and the pathway cutting through the interior volume, of which the door openings are oriented to.

The section cut is just past the doors to show the elliptic cylinder interior while showing a facet of the orientation of the exterior. Beyond is two circular windows.
