In this view three of the five shapes I used are clearly visible as openings. On the far corner is the fourth. The largest cavity was formed by a truncated hexagonal pyramid, and the cylinder, paraboloid, and rectangular prism each intersect it at varying heights and angles.
In the elevation a rectangular opening reveals a small section of the inner cavity, highlighting the more complex void created by the intersection of shapes that were evidently simple. From this view it is much more difficult to identify the derivative shapes.
The section returns somewhat to relatively simple shapes, but reveals more about the nature of the shapes’ convergence, especially concerning the cylinder. It facilitates a better understanding of the interior, lines of sight and connections.
