This single-room design is at first defined by the cube shaped exterier, but the simple exterior form morphs into a more dynamic space within. The four interior walls are slanted, creating a larger volume at the top of the space than at ground level. An arched opening punctuates the front face, while two windows share geometries at differing scales. To complete the design, a third window intersects the corner of the building and roof.
In elevation, two windows are at least partially visible and the other openings are depicted using dashed lines. The geometry of the foremost window is similar to that of the interior walls-a truncated pyramid that is turned on its side.
This section view highlights the varying wall thickness and window relationships. It also shows the corner condition where an opening intersects the building on 3 different faces. Finally, the building material is shown in the same hatch as the ground, indicating the matereials are the same.
