This project seeks to materialize the seemingly immaterial effects of smart home technology. We do this in multiple ways - through visualizing the movement of cleaning robots recording the position of our possessions, the location of steps reacting to a digital trainer, visualizing song recommendations on walls, isolating programmable lights as totalizing ambiance, and imagining the physical effects of a surfeit of ads. Designed to be innocuous, these pervasive technologies monitor our every move, record our habits and routines, and steal privacy from under our noses.
