ISOMETRIC

Two volumes - a pinched cylinder and a compressed box - rest at the peak of a voided dome. In this orientation the dome becomes a threshold into the project as well as its defining interior volume.

ISOMETRIC II

In this orientation, a narrow tunnel carves upwards into the volume to reveal an open-air space defined by its rectangular view.

SECTION

The convergence of the three voided shapes becomes clear in section, where they disrupt the peak of the domed volume to create openings for light.

ELEVATION

The complex interior geometry of the project is concealed by an unassuming simplicity as the voided forms puncture the exterior facade.
