This isometric view shows a room with a pyramid interior, two windows, and a door. The outside and inside are both pyramids with opposing orientations. A rectangular prism intersects the interior, allowing indirect light to enter the space through the hexagonal opening created in the inner portion of the room, and the rectangular cut seen in the exterior. Also, intersecting the interior volume, is a triangular opening oriented perpendicular to the points where the exterior’s triangular faces meet. This triangular opening connects the outer and inner surfaces of the room creating a doorway.
This elevation view shows the windows created by the rectangular prism, and the triangular door opening. Both windows are created by three-dimensional voids that intersect the outer and inner surfaces of the room. The dashed lines show the profile of the interior pyramid, the back portion of the exterior pyramid, and the rectangular prism cut that creates the windows.
This section cuts through the pyramid-shaped interior and the triangualr door, showing the thickness of the room’s walls. The rectangular opening intersecting the interior and exterior pyramids is also visible.
